“Clean room”

“This hotel is close to the Obama Presidential Museum, and not far from the Downtown area. The rooms are clean and modern.”

“Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff courteous and helpful. Hotel was convenient for all of our planned activities.”

“This motel 6 is exactly what you pay for. It’s definitely for saving a buck—thin bed sheets and messy landowner special in the rooms being paint and stain jobs, etc. that being said, it had good space and decent location for a 1/4th of the price of hotels in downtown Chicago. We came for a wedding. The property is gated in which gives a safer feel especially in leaving your cars and they don’t enter the rooms during your stay unless requested so you’ll have privacy.”

“I love the accommodations and how close it was to the airport and the shuttle schedule. The fitness room equipment was simple but effective. The breakfast was good. However, I did not like the traffic sounds I could hear at night.”

“The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a while. They already had ready-made pancakes and hashbrowns. You never see that …. This young lady asked me if I needed some juice and offered to get it for me. That’s next level service. I’ll stay there every time I go to Chicago.”

“All in all great stay for the price. We were in town for the taste of Chicago. About 20 mins from downtown. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and as described. Plenty of parking on site. The restaurant that is connected was also great. Good drinks. The lemon drops were top tier! I did not do the breakfast option. I felt it was a little pricey for hotel breakfast. (My opinion).”

“I was not allowed to check in because I wouldn’t send a deposit via Zelle to the property managers, although Expedias rules strictly express not sending payments outside of the platform. Now I’m being told I can’t get a refund, although the property owner violated the policy.”

“The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It is absolutely run-down, poorly maintained, and in desperate need of renovations. The entire property feels neglected, with worn-out facilities and a general lack of cleanliness and upkeep. Housekeeping is only provided every four days, and even then, they simply empty the trash and replace the towels. The room is not properly cleaned, and the service is far below what you would expect from any hotel. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I...
