“I didnt like the idea that i was required to pay for the parking. Every Hotel i get has free parking if you are staying at the hotel. ”

“Breakfast was somewhat on the later side but generally good. Obviously very heavily used hotel but overall was fine”

“There was no free breakfast. The room had the air and heat unit controlled with a thermostat that did not allw for just the dan to run we tried to have the ac on with a higher temp and it would not work. Set at 69 the air blowing out was so cold you froze. My mom has breathing issues and the room got very stuffy so she did not get good rest before our flight. I asked about maintenance coming to check bit they leave at 11pm and the front desk person offered no other help. Parking is 30 bucks a...

“The juice on check-in was very tasty. The staff were really friendly, and not in the performative way, but in the "yeah, we run this place and we care" way. The rooms were hip and classy. Breakfast (french toast, pancakes, chicken sausage, hash browns) was all top notch, and at a price that would feel like a reasonably-good value at a restaurant that didn't have the typical hotel markup. Almost stayed in town an extra night to eat the breakfast again.”

“This property should not even be listed on Expedia. The staff here is horrible. And so is the ownership. Once you book your nonrefundable stay, they will email you to send them them $500 with Zelle, using “friends and family” as the category. This is not listed anywhere in the process of booking, and it is also against the terms and conditions for Zelle. Find somewhere else to stay.”

“La struttura è sicuramente una delle migliori della zona di Chinatown. L’albergo è pulito e ben tenuto a 300 metri dalla fermata Red della metropolitana (3/4 fermate dal Loop). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. I dintorni non sono il massimo e occorre prendere i mezzi per arrivare al centro ”
