The room had the air and heat unit controlled with a thermostat that did not allw for just the dan to run we tried to have the ac on with a higher temp and it would not work. Set at 69 the air blowing out was so cold you froze. My mom has breathing issues and the room got very stuffy so she did not get good rest before our flight. “The breakfast was good and the gym is excellent. the room was spotless and the staff outstanding.”

“The juice on check-in was very tasty. The staff were really friendly, and not in the performative way, but in the "yeah, we run this place and we care" way. The rooms were hip and classy. Breakfast (french toast, pancakes, chicken sausage, hash browns) was all top notch, and at a price that would feel like a reasonably-good value at a restaurant that didn't have the typical hotel markup.
