“The room was utterly despicable, and the only staff member who tried to help me was off the clock. I didn't even stay for breakfast, let alone five minutes. The second I walked into the room, I was appalled. I immediately took pictures, and left for the better hotel across the street. This place is actually so terrible the guy at the front was so rude to us and treated us like criminals accused us of stealing the TV remote when we declined it at check in. He also called us within us being in the room for less than 5 minutes saying we can't have more than 4 people in a room when we had some people waiting for their rides to come pick them up. He said we HAD to buy another room while they waited. I've booked through Expedia multiple times...

“The room was clean. The gentleman at the front desk who checked me in was absolutely wonderful. Ordered dinner in from a local restaurant that makes incredible jerk chicken. I happened upon this during my travel across the country. What a great place to stay. Thank you so much for all the hospitality!”
