“Clean room ,the mini kitchen was nice and clean as well ,i had a spa in my room that was lovely and undercover parking as well I could not fault the motel at all. The staff that I spoke too were very nice as well.”

“The property is conveniently located near many Brisbane suburbs. But if you have anything you want to do in the city center, it's best to take a commuter train in. As for the room itself, it was clean-ish, but the carpet was sticky. The bed was fine. There's a very basic suburban bar attached to the hotel with decent food. The staff of the hotel are all super friendly.”

“There was a faint smell of old ashtray in the room that I found disappointing (on a non smoking floor). I also turned up when the keys/locks were being redone, and reception was nice enough but I don't think the manager actually apologise for the inconvenience even once, just fed excuses.... Zero explanation of where anything was or times the reception was open/closed over weekend.”

“We had a great stay, staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was cleaned daily and restocked. It was great to be able to park in front of our room, and room had a good working air conditioning. Location was key for us as it was near everything we needed.”

“We have stayed here before and will stay again. It’s a good set up with a mini kitchenette which is handy. An easy walk to Greenbank services club which is a great facility.”

“The reception staff were bit rude during check in. Room smelt really damp and no air conditioning it was turned off by hotel even though they advertise air con available apparently its only available during summer months even though our room was 25c during the night. the room is also in need of a upgrade not even electrical outlets near beds to charge mobiles. The breakfast was awful there was no staff available the food was cold. No Orange juice was empty, no cutlery available, no coffee cups,...

“Staff especially front desk very helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Parking was easy. Didn’t use any facilities. Appreciated Tim Tams! I like a property if no balcony but the windows open a little. Location was good.”
