Vacanza bellissima!
Abbiamo trascorso in questa struttura tre notti e devo dire che la cosa che mi ha più colpita è l’attenzione al cliente. Prima durante e dopo la permanenza sono sempre molto attenti alla tua soddisfazione ed a poterti aiutare su ogni cosa oltre che molto disponibili in caso di richieste. La struttura è molto carina e secondo che la stanza superior con vasca idromassaggio sulla propria terrazza è davvero una comodità e da lì si può ammirare il tramonto tanto famoso a Santorini senza la calca a quell’ora delle stradine di Oia. Appartamento pulito ed organizzato con frigo adibito per la prima colazione e bottiglia di vino all’arrivo! Accapatoi, asciugamani e pantofole, insomma non mancava nulla! La posizione è ottimale per girare ad Oia senza prendere i mezzi!

Un piccolo gioiellino nel cuore di Oia
Situato nel centro di Oia, questo delizioso hotel offre una vista spettacolare grazie alla sua terrazza nel cuore della caldera. Stanze ampie, pulite e tranquille. Molta privacy. Cucina interna attrezzata per la colazione. Personale gentile e disponibile. Davvero una bella sorpresa. Consigliatissimo!!

Piacevolissimo soggiorno
Ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Oia, bellissima terrazza sulla caldera, camera molto ampia e completa di tutti i comfort. Staff disponibilissimo e gentile nell'indicare le principali attrattive dell'isola, i posti migliori, tour da consigliare ecc.. Pulizia quotidiana ottima.

Soggiorno tranquillo a Oia
Hotel carino con una bella vista in una posizione quasi centrale a Oia. La piscina è davvero molto piccola con un totale di 8 lettini. I bimbi non possono tuffarsi e neanche alzare acqua quindi per chi pensasse di utilizzare la piscina come sfogo per i bambini questa soluzione andrebbe rivista. Per il resto tra le parti comuni un idromassaggio (non utilizzato) con vista verso mare aperto non vista caldera) e una terrazza utilizzabile a 20 mt di distanza sulla caldera. No bar. Camera carina occorre tenere chiuse le finestre con vista sulla strada per il passaggio continuo di macchine e pullman (in agosto). Pulizia nella norma.

La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica, vicino a Oia ma non in pieno centro,appena fuori dal caos. La struttura ha anche un terrazzo privato della struttura che si affaccia sulla caldera. La piscina anche se piccola è ben tenuta. La camera veramente molto bella e pulita. Consigliatissimo

I'll start with saying we booked the room with a sea view and stayed in room 5 and had a breath taking view from our patio of the caldera, sunset and even the other side of the island. The room was very large and cleaned daily with fresh towels and the fridge was stocked with food items and a welcome gift of wine. The staff here are amazing and so nice and helpful. Upon arrival they helped us to our room and provided us with a local bus schedule for the island and a map of things to do. The hotel is in a great location and the patio right along the caldera view cliff you can use for evening sunsets is amazing. It's close enough to the heart of Oia to walk the everything but far enough away from the center that you aren't absolutely surrounded by noise and a ton of people. Car and atv rental place right across the street was great and many great restaurants all around you. If you're looking to stay in Oia and not spend a fortune but get some of the best service around this hotel is for you.

Such a beautiful little place, the rooms are small but very nice and it’s very quiet in the suites. Just around the corner we had access to their caves sitting area which had amazing views of the sunset. Nikoleta was really friendly and a joy to chat with. If we come back to Santorini we’d stay here again.

Great location, only a short 5-10 minute walk into Oia along the beautiful side trail. Room was clean, had all the necessary amenities, bed and pillows were soft and comfortable, and communication with staff was impeccable - Nikoleta was amazing! Highly recommend.

Wonderful and quiet location close to all sights
The fantastic staff gave us great recommendations and went above and beyond to make our visit to Santorini as magical as it possibly could be. The room was outstanding, charming and modern. Complimentary gifts were very nice surprises. The pool was good for cooling down during the days when it was extraordinarily warm. The terrace offered some of the most outstanding views with almost no crowds (views in all directions were top notch with plenty of photo opportunities). The walk to all famous sights of Oia was not too long at all. The days were best spent with walks through Oia early in the morning before any crowds had formed, followed by relaxing sunbathing and swimming by the pool, and finally with dinners and sunset watching during the evenings. There are two photo spots with the blue domed churches at a very short distance (going early and as the first stop from the hotel it allows you to get photos with basically no other people in them). Following these photospots are very scenic viewpoints including the old castle and windmills (must visits and a nice little stroll away from the first photospots). Great breakfast locations are to be found further down towards the windmills in my opinion. We did however also eat breakfast on the hotel’s terrace which turned out to be a lovely moment with unobstructed views and a calm atmosphere without crowds. The supermarket across the street have very reasonable prices. There is direct access to the bus stop from the hotel.

We stayed in villa #6 and it was AMAZING. Very convinient location just outside the walking street which makes it very quiet and peaceful. At the same time you are in the scenic town center after a 5 minute walk. Everyone of the staff was helpful and accommodating with information and fun little chats. Even if the furnishing of the room is a bit dated, it is fully functional and equipped with everything for your stay. On the second floor you have a huge terrace facing several directions - including the most beautiful view of the sunset over the entire town of Oia. Not to mention the jacuzzi which is also up there. Being quite higher than the other buildings also gives you privacy while on the terrace. There is also the most wonderful surprise when you enter, which makes everything better *hint hint* check the fridge *hint hint* Highly recommended. Will stay here for sure if i will return to stay in Oia!

What a fantastic property and staff! The location is ideal for shopping, sightseeing, and enjoying all the benefits of Oia. Easy access to supermarket (a few steps across the street), vehicle rentals, local transportation, and stunning sunsets. The staff is amazingly helpful and responsive, the accommodations are to die-for (private jacuzzi, pool, etc.), and Nicoletta is so reachable and accommodating. The welcome bottle of wine, full refrigerator of food, and convenient beautiful spots to relax and unwind all make for a very lovely stay. You won't regret booking here. Close enough to everything, but still apart from all the noise and bustle.

The owners were amazing! Very friendly and helpful! Nikoleta and her husband do a great job. We had an issue with the AC and they quickly addressed the problem and fixed it. Very informative when we arrived. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and a rental location as well. Also, a small market right by there as well. Nice private hot tub and pool. Great view ans huge balcony area.

My studio was in the right place to see the sunset , volcano. Caldera , some blue domes! Everything like restaurants and shopping area is within walking distance like 5-15 mins. I enjoy the outdoor pool and jacuzzi., I would definitely stay here again because of the staff kindness and convenience to everything! Nikoleta was always ready to answer any questions I had. She made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.. I have no regrets staying at this Villa ..

Perfect stay
Very clean and nice room with two patios. Fridge full of food that’s free (bread, cake, ham, cheese, juice etc) and also free wine. Access to a beautiful terrace perfect for sun bathing. Owner very quick to respond and very helpful. Also right across from a car rental place which was super convenient. Would highly recommend!

Comme tout le monde ici on espère toujours que la description et les photos seront a la hauteur du réel. Et bien c'est plus que le cas a aspa villas. Nous avions choisi la chambre supérieur avec jacuzzi et qu'elle agréable surprise ! Nous sommes arrivés le dimanche soir a environ minuit, nous avions eu en amont toutes les instructions très claires avec même une petite vidéo explicative très bien faite pour récupérer notre clés et mettre en route le jacuzzi. En arrivant une bouteille de vin blanc nous attendez, dans le frigo une bouteille d'eau fraîche, du jus d'orange, un gâteau quatre quart, du pain de mie et des tranches de poulet, autant de doses de café de sucre et de thé nécessaire même pour plusieurs petit déjeuner, quel agréable surprise le temps de s'organiser et faire les courses. L'appartement était nickel, bien équipé, choix de cafetière filtre ou Nespresso. Frigo, micro onde, vaisselle, clim, gel douche et plusieurs serviettes, peignoir et chausson. Après une bonne nuit dans un bon lit découverte du toit terrasse ! Très grande terrasse avec vue sur le village d'oia, une vue extraordinaire sur la caldeira et le coucher de soleil, la vue mer est a plus de 180 degrés. L'équipe d'aspa villa est formidable et aux petits soins et réactive. Nous aurions pu avoir le ménage le changement de draps et des serviettes tous les jours si nous l'avions souhaité. Pour se garer aucun soucis. Bref un séjour en amoureux inoubliable ! Merci aspa villa et son équipe !

A wonderful experience. We stayed in room 5 which has a great view of the sea and surrounding. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely attentive. For the price, I don't think we could have done any better.

Great time!
I stayed here with my partner for three night's whilst visiting Oia. For the prive it was great! Close to Oia centre and a nuce walk in with lots of bars on route. The property itself is a tad dated but still a lovely place to stay! And somewhere I would definitely return to. The only recommendation I would have is to mive the hot tub to the terrace so the view can be appreciated. Other than that we had a great time and would definitely return! The staff were also very helpful!

Nikoleta and her team were amazing!I had a very early flight On arrival and very late flight on departure. She was super flexible and accommodating. She helped with my luggage storage and transport. She gave recommendations on where to go and help using the bus system. Great location and superb staff. Thank you!!

This was a nice and simple place to stay within walking distance of all the beautiful spots in Oia. The rooms are simple, however that was all we needed. The owners of the property are really sweet and helpful.
