Confortevole!
L'albergo é stupendo e dotato di tutti i servizi. La pulizia delle camere é ineccepibile e il personale cordiale. A pochi minuti in auto da Mytilene, ma molto lontano dalle spiaggie più belle. Un suggerimento: la colazione, che dispone di numerose opzioni, dovrebbe variare di più.

Bellissimo Hotel con vista mare
Dopo il soggiorno presso questa struttura posso dire che: -L'hotel è in una posizione molto comoda (5 minuti sia dall'aeroporto, che dal centro città/porto traghetti) -La struttura non è nuovissima, ma è tenuta molto bene, e sopratutto PULITA -Dai bar, ai bagni e alle altre aree la pulizia e l'ordine sono molto considerati per il personale -Il personale è molto sorridente, gentile, accomodante e competente -Si mangia molto bene anche al ristorante, ed i prezzi non sono salati (menu magari un poco limitato, ma ci sono centinaia di posti nei dintorni) -Camere carine e tutte con vista mare -Colazione ok -Ottima la posizione strategica, ma la spiaggia è oltre la strada e non è attrezzata: Se volete stare in hotel la zona piscina con bar e snack con ristorante aperto tutto il giorno con servizio alle sdraio è ok, altrimenti vista la bellezza dell'isola conviene farsi un giro in macchina nelle spiagge vicine (e lontane) attrezzate e utilizzabili tutto il giorno al solo costo della consumazione.

confortevole e a due passi dal mare
Albergo a poca distanza dall'aereoporto e dalla capitale Mitilene. Camera spaziosa e molto confortevole ben isolata dai rumori con terrazzino vista mare. Personale gentile ed educato. Prima colazione molto varia, insomma un albergo da consigliare.

consiglio vivamente questo hotel siamo stati ospiti dal 8/8/2014 al 22/8/2014 situato zona tranquilla nelle richieste fatte all personale staff compreso eccellente colazione consiglio anche per piccole famiglie ottima pulizia prezzo qualità ottimo ogni particolare curato lo consiglio vivamente grazie al direttore e maria disponibile sempre

hotel al di sopra delle aspettative direi!
secondo me esperienza molto positiva x quanto riguarda l'hotel e il suo personale! unica pecca x quanto mi riguarda la mancanza di una palestra! nota negativa il noleggio auto da parte di europecar auto con vari problemi sostituita con altra altrettanto problematica! e con diverbi e alterchi col personale sopracitato! isola poco attenta ai turisti e con mancanza di segnalazioni anche in inglese se non in italiano!

Everything was excellent only had one issue. The service at the pool was lacking. First meal came in about 30 minutes and the other meals half hour later.

Πολύ καλό κατάλυμα
Ήταν μια όμορφη διαμονή, 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο με αυτοκίνητο. Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό και πολύ περιποιημένο. Ίσως και πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο! Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό

Clean and comfortable hotel, close to MJT airport
Comfortable and convenient hotel being close to Mytilene airport. Have stayed several times and always get a warm welcome. The hotel, set around a large swimming pool, has views over the sea. A large selection of breakfast items is available, which currently is served to guests.

For me really good
Obviously this hotel has been refurbished and it an interesting option where to stay in front of the beach (and the sometimes too noisy road) Due to Covid restrictions, cleaning is made in room upon request, but it's really ok. Wifi signal excellent for working. Pool available and very kind staff. Nice hotel overall so many possibilities on island. Close to airport.

Stunning Hotel
I really enjoyed myself here. The entire hotel was so clean which is extremely vital to me. My suite was very comfy with a tv in the seating area and in the bedroom area. There were a number of options for breakfast. Pool was crystal clear even though it was too cold for a dip (for me). Staff were very helpful and friendly. My only issue was the debate I had to have with the lady on reception over the currency I wanted charged from MY account. She failed to realise that by me selecting GBP it means they still receive the fee in their own currency and I don't get charged by my bank for a non GBP transaction. It made me feel very uncomfortable especially when she accepted it when another person advised her of the same thing I had.

Ehrlich gesagt, war der Aufenthalt (nur 2 malige Übernachtung) nur Zwischenstation, da Flughafennähe und Ankunft (22.Uhr) und Abflug (7.Uhr) dann Weiterfahrt mit Mietwagen zum schöneren Teil der Insel (Regio Petra) möglich machte. Rezeption 24 h besetzt, das war das Kriterium, insofern wurden keine anderen Angebote des Hotels außer einmaligem Frühstück in Anspruch genommen. Hotel ohne Strand, dazwischen stark befahrerene Strasse, Pool mit Bar, alles eben Geschmackssache, daher wertneutrale Bewertung.

I was disappointed with the cigarette smell in the room. Despite claims the room was 'non-smoking' the furnishings and bathroom had strong remnants of cigarette odour. Ironically there was even an ashtray left on the balcony table. I had to leave doors and windows open. I expect guests still don't respect this rule. What is it with this ridiculous obsession with smoking in Greece? Deodorising the room furnishings is recommended. The lift also didn't work. You call the lift and then when you get in the power cuts out. The lift should be decommissioned, I expect it doesn't comply. Doubtful I'd stay here again. To be fair, the service, proximity to airport and parking convenience were all otherwise excellent.

Excellent choice for stopover. Warm and welcoming.
Very helpful, friendly staff. Room was clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. Located close to the sea and there's a small beach nearby. Only downside was the music played all day by the pool. We would have preferred peace and quiet.

Everything about the property was absolutely first class. Eva, the front desk receptionist was not only the model of kindness, friendliness, and efficiency, but she went out of her way to be innovative and helpful. What a wonderful advertisement she is for this property!

Breakfast was average not worth waking up for Family room was spacious but terrible beds to sleep in Definitely needs upgrading in the interior Sheets had holes! Rooms and reception smelt of tobacco and cigarettes . Maybe need to have scented candles/deodorisers No paper flushing toilets this is really unacceptable for a 4 star resort rating hotel Close to airport but need a car to get to town The fact locals can pay to use the pool definitely doesn’t make it enticing too use Great views of beach ,bar and pool area were nice to sit around But selection of music was outdated (1980’s!) Staff at reception were exceptional and helpful Lift doc not meet safety standards Limited choice of hotels to stay in Mytilini so would probably have to stay there if I returned

Far from a 4 star
We booked a standard room at the heliotrope hotel which is stated as a 4 star (far from it) and were “upgraded” to a suite which looked like it had been locked away for centuries. We tried to change and were told nothing was available. We asked if she could try for tomorrow given they were “fully” booked and Eva, the check in lady, said only if there is a cancelation given there was nothing available and she tried very hard but she couldn’t do anything. She had also lied to my sisters and told them that we were very happy with the room when we never said that. She assumed given when we called to ask about the air we never said we “didn’t” like it. I was not happy so I called hotels.com who was exceptional! They called the hotel and miraculously a room was available but it was not made. Hotels.com called again and once again miraculously housekeeping arrived and got it made. She lied to my face multiple times and had no shame to continuously do it. The room we finally got was refurbished but although it was “non smoking” it smelt like smoke and like it had never been aired out. The AC made a constant tapping sound, the electricity kept tripping out and the second last day housekeeping never bothered to make our room. Super disappointed, will never go again. Oh, and our view was a heap of construction rubbish that no one could be bothered moving. We were in room 105, do not stay there. Room107 and 106 is as per the renovated photos.
