“Great Metairie location - very convenient. Very nice and clean, but needs more interior design finishes (art on the wall, a rug or two, more pillows on the bed, a couple throw pillows on the couch, etc).”

“I can't say that we liked the property. Wasn't told that they were in the process of remodeling. Job materials scattered throughput the front lobby area. as well as the workers were using the luggage carts to carry their materials leaving one cart to bring in and out our luggage. Not to mention the cart had a flat tire. Along with that our shower leaked reported it to the front desk on Saturday morning as leaving t for a funeral. “Room and property were clean and quiet. Staff were helpful. The only thing was our room did not have a TV remote and the tv would not turn off with the button on the TV itself. Otherwise, everything was great!”

“Clean, comfortable. Good breakfast. Staff were very helpful. Complimentary Transportation to the airport was a bonus. We also used the pay laundry facilities which were very convenient considering we had been traveling for over a week.”

“The room was not the room I booked. It was supposed to be a queen suite with a pull out sofa bed. It turned out to be a double bed with a couch. The room was dirty and the bathroom had damage to the wall. We cancelled the reservation at the desk. ”
