“The room was not the room I booked. It was supposed to be a queen suite with a pull out sofa bed. It turned out to be a double bed with a couch. The room was dirty and the bathroom had damage to the wall. We cancelled the reservation at the desk. ”

“I can't say that we liked the property. Wasn't told that they were in the process of remodeling. Job materials scattered throughput the front lobby area. as well as the workers were using the luggage carts to carry their materials leaving one cart to bring in and out our luggage. Not to mention the cart had a flat tire. Along with that our shower leaked reported it to the front desk on Saturday morning as leaving t for a funeral. “Great Metairie location - very convenient. Very nice and clean, but needs more interior design finishes (art on the wall, a rug or two, more pillows on the bed, a couple throw pillows on the couch, etc).”

“We booked this hotel late in the evening after a day of delayed flights and our original accommodations elsewhere were bust. The staff was wonderful. Lobby, hallways, vending area, elevators etc were all very well lit, organized and inviting. Room was clean and the bed and linens were extremely comfy. Since we checked in close to midnight we asked if there was any possibility of a late check out and we were accommodated far more than expected. We will hands down book this hotel next time we are...
