“It was a great stay”

“We didn’t have running hot water during our stay. The packaged warmed croissants that were served for breakfast one morning were most likely spoiled since the ham tasted sour. Staff were friendly and liked it is pet friendly. the 2 bedroom suites rooms we booked are a good size for a family of 5-6. We thought the sofa in the living room though was a pull out bed but it was not. the kitchen fridge kept our food cold. The 2 bedroom suite rooms only had 1 bathroom. wished it had 2 bathrooms .”

“Third time to stay at this Location. Staff is always friendly and ready to help . Breakfast has a good selection to eat for every taste.”

“The pool had a bunch of ants and bugs around and in it. the bathtub was not clean the chair in the room was dusty the paint was chipped on the walls and the shower was rusty More food options for room service would be nice every time I went to the front desk the staff were speaking amongst themselves and took a while to greet or service you fruit in the snack shop should be replaced”

“Although clean and friendly , there is no microwave fridge or groceries within walking distance”

“I really enjoyed this property. The room was perfect, the gym had a Peleton (which I love) and the breakfast was plentiful. Everything nice, new and clean. The only problem was when I forgot my room key and only had my phone with me. The gentleman at the front desk said I had to have a drivers license before he would give me a replacement key. “Clean, comfortable. Good breakfast. Staff were very helpful. Complimentary Transportation to the airport was a bonus. We also used the pay laundry facilities which were very convenient considering we had been traveling for over a week.”

“The towels was crunchy , it does give a Motel 6 vibe but like maybe motel 7 instead lol ,we came fora concert and to explore so it was a good place to sleep but the shower drainage was slow so it the water did start to rise as we were showering but the cookies were good and the rooms ac worked and is close to airport with a free shuttle every 30 mins so that’s a plus but to go to bourbon street / the city is about 20 mins if your Planing on using uber.”

“Beds were comfortable, bathroom need a makeover, I had to use a towel to cover the blinds because there were some missing. The lady on check in date was rude, her attitude change once I ask her why she was so rude her response was (I'm not feeling it today). I think her name was Helena are Elena.”

“I can't say that we liked the property. Wasn't told that they were in the process of remodeling. Job materials scattered throughput the front lobby area. as well as the workers were using the luggage carts to carry their materials leaving one cart to bring in and out our luggage. Not to mention the cart had a flat tire. Along with that our shower leaked reported it to the front desk on Saturday morning as leaving t for a funeral. The front desk said he would report it to maintenance. That night...

“Great Metairie location - very convenient. Very nice and clean, but needs more interior design finishes (art on the wall, a rug or two, more pillows on the bed, a couple throw pillows on the couch, etc).”
