“I didn’t stay. Getting through the gate was easy. Paid early check in and couldn’t get in staff able to assist quickly. As soon as I walked in the room it smelled like marijuana. The floor was swept but not mopped. I stayed in the room 5-10mins before just leaving and booking a new flight home.”

“Didn't do breakfast early flight. Front desk staff excellent. So was van shuttle driver both stays. This time room 157 alot of loud door slamming outside room and cooling auto wasn't working had to punch continous button then finally cooled room right. ”

“Booked at this hotel because of airport shuttle last minute when our flight was canceled. Pick up was great but when got to hotel they informed us that shuttle service starts at 4am. We needed to leave clise to 4 but was already booked so had to take uber. ”

“When booking my room the option for breakfast was never offer, yet when we stepped foot near the dining area we were demanded to show our breakfast card, like I said we were unaware so it would be an additional $20 per guest to have breakfast daily! Only 2 towels left in room yet 4 guest, each day we had to ask for towel, and 2 times there were no towels, they gave my wife a stack of hand towels. Tv went out in room, maintenance came to look at it. 7 hours later still no tv when asked about...

“Once arrived at hotel front desk stated that there was no rooms available at this moment. Mind you I booked this room in advance. Finally once a room was available there was not a one towel in the bathroom. Comforter on bed was stained. Locks on door were halfway broken. ”

“Staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms are spacious and contain coffee making and all bathroom amenities. Have stayed before and will stay again. Only slight issue is maybe a little more variety for breakfast. ”
