- Lower-level bedroom includes a Twin trundle bed, each with 9` mattresses.

Situated within the Marquette Park neighborhood, you’ll enjoy this peaceful area dotted with mature trees.
The home is nearly equidistant to Marquette Park and Beaumont Park. Each provides large open green space, playground, tennis courts (lights at Beaumont), while Marquette Park contains a kiddy pool during summer months.

Parking is free on the premises (space for 2 vehicles). Please advise if there will be additional vehicles and we may be able to accommodate.
