“The room was nice, very large, bed comfortable. The first staff we met was very nice. We were early so she said we’d have to pay an additional $25 to get into the room early. We were ok with that but she charged us $45. We went out to dinner and came back. The front desk person didn’t even look at us when we walked back through even though she didn’t appear to be busy. One of the reasons we picked your hotel was because you had a hot tub. It wasn’t working, very disappointing.”

“The hotel is remodeling. Our room was brand new! Very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. We arrived early and the staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in an hour early.”
