Spacious Townhouse - 1 mile from Lambeau

Spacious 3 bedroom home centrally located 1 mile from Lambeau field, Resch center , Titletown district and Ashwaubenon Business district Large yard and shared sunporch available for guests
Guest access
Guests can use the entire first floor along with the shared access sunporch . The sunporch is accessible thru the back hallway exit , then thru the garage. (Sunporch is not a heated /Air conditioned space ) Outdoor grill is available, and is shared with any guests in lower level. If using sunporch, please keep noise levels low and access is only available until 10 pm. NO Parties, and please be considerate of tenants in lower unit, keep noise levels low after 10 pm . NO PETS , NO SMOKING anywhere in building , including sunporch and garage.
Other things to note
Please park in the driveway on the right hand side of garage . Space next to Basketball hoop is also available . Maximum space is 3 cars. Overnight Parking is also available on the street from April 1 - October 31. No parking inside garage.

Great communication with the hosts! The house was very clean and well stocked with anything you'd need for your stay.We really appreciated having light switches labeled, it eliminated any guess work. Our family had enough room to spread out and each have our own space. Very updated overall. Would definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in the area.

Very well stocked and clean. Also had some things you would forget about at the store such as pan spray. Power went down while we were there, and the owner came by to check on the property and us. He had already contacted the electric company and knew that it was an outage in the area and made a report. Owner was very friendly and responded quickly to messages and you are literally right down the road from Lambeau Field, which is amazing!

What a wonderful place to stay! This was our first VRBO experience and it was great. Our stay was for 9 days and to have all the amenities in the kitchen available was great. It's a spacious place - enough for our family of 4 to be able to spread out and not be in the same room all the time. Highly recommend this place. If we are ever in the area again, I'll be staying here.

Great place, quiet neighborhood

Me and my daughter plus another mom and daughter stayed while the girls were attending a hockey event at Cornerstone. Plenty of room (didn’t even use all the space) and well cared for. If i am up in Green Bay again will definitely use.

Great place and hosts

Best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. Clean, extremely well-amended and spacious duplex. More than we needed for the two of us. Everything was great - the only (small) flaw was how thin the walls/insulation was - we could hear the snoring of people in the lower unit at night. Otherwise perfect.

Packerland Delight

The house was just as described. Super clean, spacious and equipped with all the amenities you would need. Very convenient location to Lambeau and Title-town. The gameday walk to the field, through the neighborhood, was like something out of a movie. You have to see it for yourself. Words won’t do it justice. Highly recommend this house if you are planning a visit to Green Bay, football season or not!! Thank you again!

Hidden gem

This townhouse far exceeded my expectations. The bedrooms were spacious and the common areas included all the nice touches one could ask for. The laundry area was complete and well organized. The sun porch and basketball hoop in the driveway were like icing on the cake. I hope to return again someday. Thank you for a great stay in Green Bay. Go Pack Go!

Very clean and spacious home

Home was better than expected. Neat, clean and decorative pieces and furniture were beautifully done. Kitchen had everything you needed and more for cooking and serving many guests. Would definitely stay again.
