Vacanze Green Bluff

Very limited parking. Room had a bad oder. The small AC unit didn't work very well. The bed was poorly made. The sheets looked like they were on from the previous occupant.

We booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. First comment from check-in staff was " We can't put you in that room, it has 1 King Bed, and we are completely booked." Mgr then said it was ok that we could stay in it, but we had to put one person on the floor. Staff was annoyed that we asked for extra sheets and blankets. For a 5 person room, we got just 2 breakfast vouchers for nearby resturant. Breakfast at hotel was bare minimum...granola bars, cereal, coffee. For the rate we paid, I don't thnk the service was worth it. Probably won't stay here again.

The parking was really inconvenient because it was around the corner in a parking garage. The front desk worker was rude and pointed me in the wrong direction with miss guided instructions for parking. The hotel itself gave off a very unsettling energy. The late night staff was awesome though and he gave me some interesting historical facts about the place and was very helpful. The steam room was ok but very loud and uncomfortable. I imagined the place more relaxing and cozy but it was more like dark and eery.
