“The air conditioning socket doesn’t work, had to run a spot . The curtains were ripped up. The continental breakfast was a joke. There’s one bar soap for everything.”

“Very friendly front desk. Clean nice hotel. Close to food and amenities.”

“The neighbors we had during our stay wasn’t not quite, music blaring until 1230 and had to call the front desk. The next morning we decided to mention something again. After we called about our “deposit” for the room we had to put down even though it was completely payed for already, the front desk continued to say that there were no complaints at all from when our stay was. Which isn’t true I have to call log on my phone still.”

“Older hotel right off the freeway. The rooms were clean, bed was just ok. There isn’t really breakfast… but they do give you Dennys coupons to use.”

“The room was fine except for the shower having problems and the traffic noise. Breakfast was good. I did find it a bit annoying that there was a sign by check in that said treats for you which were treats for dogs”

“Cole greeted us as soon as we walked in. He made check-in easy and pleasant. He makes each guest feel important as he gives us his full attention and shares his desire that we have a wonderful stay. Which we did. The room was immaculate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare, but everything was full and the hot foods were hot. All the staff we interacted with were friendly. We will stay here again the next time we pass through Spokane.”

“The room was clean. Breakfast was good with eggs, bacon, pancakes, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, and cereal. There is a nice park across the street and many restaurant options nearby. My only complaint is it's near the railroad tracks and a train came through at 1 am. They do provide earplugs which helped with the noise.”

“Bed, bedding, towels, price, ease of booking, parking, shower were all good. There were two noticeably unclean areas on the underside of the toilet seat and a former tenant’s takeout garbage was in the fridge.”

“Freshly cleaned rooms everyday with fresh linens. The hotel was lightly dated but obviously well cared for with staff and owners taking good care of it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and parking was excellent. The free coffee wasn’t just good because it was free coffee it was very high quality as well. I will be coming back.”

“Cute building, but really creaky stairs and the bathtub didn't hold water. Breakfast was tasty enough but less than we were expecting. Otherwise the room was clean and no major complaints about the stay”

“Location was perfect. Lobby and dining area was minimal - no seating area and dining area wasn’t attractive. Also handicapped parking area was narrow and difficult to exit car.”
