Hotel vicino a Scotford Tennis Center - Spokane

“Every time we go to Spokane, we stay here. We love the everything about this hotel; the staff, the breakfast, the peaceful atmosphere and the cleanliness of the hotel. Definitely staying there every time we go. ”

“TV was hard to operate. Good bed. Good shower. Gels are hard to use. Parking was good and breakfast was satisfactory.(free)”

“The hot tube was broken and the pool was freezing. There were brown spots and holes on all cielings (our room and pool), the bathroom door was rough looking. Hairs were in our beds. Mold was in the shower. I think the bed closest to the bathroom had bed bugs. My daughter has multiple raised bumps, specically in a group of 3. ”

“The hotel lobby was closed when we arrived about 6pm....we had to call and get a door code for our room...only 2 towels for a 4 person room.... dried blood spot on a comforter....outlets were dirty...could hear the people in the room next door talk very clearly (no insulation or sound proofing)....sheets didn't match....no stopper for the tub to take a bath....heat/AC wouldn't keep consistent temperature. All in all in was very unpleasant experience and we will not be staying there again on...

“Convenient location in the middle of Spokane. Very comfortable bed. Continental breakfast was delicious: croissant, fresh fruit, yogurt. ”

“Excellent service! Outstanding breakfast buffet included for all that are in the room. Pool, hot tub, steam room, and sauna are great for relaxing! Three minute drive to Gonzaga and right on the river. I'll be back again for sure!”

L'hotel rispetta i canoni standard dei Best Western Plus, camere spaziose, pulite e funzionali. Unico neo, la nostra camera, sul retro, era molto rumorosa a causa dei motori dei condizionatori del palazzo vicino. Ciò accade piuttosto frequentemente negli USA: gli americani amano avere in estate temperature bassissime all' interno, salvo poi dormire sotto il piumone. Non...

“Check-in was an absolute nightmare! We arrived at 5:00 PM and waited in line for 20 minutes, (there only one person working at the front desk). When we finally got helped, we were told our room wasn’t ready—no estimated time, just “we’ll call you.” It took another hour and 15 minutes before we received that call. We then waited in line again for another 20 minutes to get our keys. Unfortunately, the keys didn’t work for the elevator. A man already inside assumed we didn’t know how to use it...
