“We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay -...

“This place is a dump. It's the type of hotel you rent by the hour, not the day. Damp smelling throughout, filthy, room wasn't clean when we checked in. Stains all over the place. And that's the good parts. Paper thin walls and you can hear everything going on in every other room. People were out in the parking lot, playing music, and drinking until 4:00 am. Hotel staff did nothing. People walking in and out and slamming doors all hours. Brutal. If I could give it negative...

“Location is very convenient to downtown walking distance to restaurants and nightlife. Love that you get a drink ticket for the bar for a drink, breakfast was nice too. Great view. 10/10 highly recommend.”

“Although the room had been "cleaned" it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. It was a no smoking room. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom was falling off, so you couldn't close the door. The faucet in the sink in the room was dripping, the only chair was dirty, and the upholstery was so worn there were holes in it. We did not stay. We forfeited our payment and left.”

“The hotel itself is quite modern with a good variety of breakfast options. The staff are also friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is situated in an area with a lot of homeless people. While they did not cause damage or break into cars, they were very loud at night and disrupted our sleep significantly. There is also a loud police announcement at night which woke up us frequently.”

“Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. “Stayed one night during work trip. Hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room was surprisingly spacious. Valet parking was easy. Close/walking distance to Riverfront park, shopping, coffee, and restaurants. I asked to have a late checkout (of 1 hr) to finish some work but they could not accommodate so I finished work in the lobby.”
