“Staff and property are good quality for the price. The only thing I would mention is at the pool- it can definitely use a bit more cleaning and attention. The three times we visited the pool. There were little to no towels available. Although I did see staff, trying to keep up with the demand. I did see staff picking up towels trying to get them washed. However, the towels were definitely thin, worn and not enough available. ”

“Breakfast was good. Decent options. Lauralie was very welcoming and upbeat when checking. Also called room to check if everything was in order and to let her know if we needed anything additional. Thank you.”

“We had issues with house keeping. We had to do everything ourselves. Take out trash, ect. ”

“This property was unkept. There was no elevator and the carpeted stairs had dog fur all over them. The room smelled like musty smoke and the mirrors and windows were dusty and dirty.”

“Staff was nice, room didn’t have a fire alarm at all. No soap for hand washing or in the shower. Breakfast was sparse. Desperately in need of renovations. ”
