“The hotel hallways smelled like a public bathroom. The room was dingy and dirty with broken and filthy furniture. We weren’t provided with enough bedding or towels in our room. The shower was out of body wash. There wasn’t a working fan in the bathroom. The walls were dirty and marked up. The bedroom furniture was drawn on with markers and nail polish. All of the bed sheets were stained. There was garbage under the furniture. The lobby was poorly staffed. The breakfast was very poor quality with...

“There's not to much unique at all about the property. The property is pretty run down. Strange people hanging out in parking lot. My room door wouldn't lock with a simple close, I had to slam it like 5 or 6 times to get it to lock. Never felt safe at night in my room with the door situation.”

“Booked 3 rooms with 2 queen size beds. All 3 rooms have musky smell. Bathrooms are missing shower gel. One room with broken window blind. One room was missing coffee maker and dirty (un-vacuumed) carpet upon checked in. Despite addressing problems to staff (who was nice and friendly), none was fixed.”

“Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...
