“Kindness is an apt word, but also generous! My jaw dropped in amazement when the clerk at check-in handed me a paper that listed all the free amenities. Staff are extremely accommodating (helped me navigate a phone call, helped me park in lot, checked daily to see if we wanted housekeeping, helped with a laundry issue, and someone is constantly cleaning, in other words housekeeping is perfect!
