“Everything was great, but there is not enough disabled parking.”

“Would definitely stay again. Matresses are firm. Only thing, I’d bring your own pillows they are too full and will kink your neck.”

“The Hacienda was one of my favorite stays in a long time. It felt like home. Our room was clean and had such a different feel than your typical hotel room. Brandon, at the front desk was friendly and helpful in every way. On top of the beautiful historical hotel, the area of New Port Richey was outstanding. We will be back!”

“We have been coming to this hotel for over 20 years when we are in town. It is always been a good place to stay and has been renovated over the years. The staff has always been delightful. We love the kitchenettes and the ability to cook outside on the grill. We’ve enjoyed staying here and we’ll always be coming back.”

“They need signage for the office. You can not find it. Also ceiling fans in the bedroom would be an excellent add. ”

“Room was clean except for ants by the balcony and on the table by the sliding door. Hot tub was closed. Breakfast was alright for a quality inn. Room was quiet except for the busy road in front. Been coming to this hotel for years, love it by it has its quirks, lol”

“Full of crackheads. First room was dirty hair in the tub dirt on the floors dirty sheets and blankets. Second room was next door to a couple who fought very loudly about drugs ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT. Scared my son at one point it sounded like something was being slammed against the walls. Staff kept coming to “talk” to them but nothing ever happened and they never stopped.”

“Lunch at the grill was ok. Sweaty golfers came in and stunk the place up. Service was sub par. Drinks were good. Came back for dinner because the Cooper head closed at 9pm. Ordered food to go. Live music was cool. Drinks were great. Room was huge. Basic but huge. All in all 7 out of 10”
