“Don’t wanna help anybody their TVs don’t work properly and when you instate the TVs don’t work properly they don’t wanna change your room cause they don’t wanna clean another room. Worst service ever will never come here ever again.”

“The Hacienda was a really unique experience that was worth the adventure. Checkin was a breeze and welcoming with a smiling front desk employee. My room had lots of character and was very neat and tidy. The shower was a bit small but it fit in the space and was stylish and very functional. I loved tue convenience of having a restaurant on site and the option of walking to other local restaurant options. I would definitely stay here again.”

“This is actually a motel. Doors from the outside open into the rooms. Bed was not particularly comfortable. Mildew spots on the ceiling. Really needs a remodel”

“Screaming children in pool area right up until close at 10pm everyday, useless to my wife and me. Hot tub was not hot.Should have a couple hours for adults. Had to reset my WI-FI devices every day around 4:40 PM for some unknown reason.”

“Front desk staff was awesome! The room was adequate, laundry facilities were much appreciated, breakfast buffet was sub par. We spent much of our evening watching numerous drug deals, lots of homeless stumbling in/out of the property looking for cigarette butts and many other interesting things. Our first, and most likely our last, trip to Port Richey”

“Staff was great. I made a mistake in my booking and they accommodated me. This is not a fancy place, but it is clean, and rooms are cleaned every day. My room had a coffee maker, microwave and small fridge.”

“The staff was excellent and super helpful! However, we stayed in a suite and it faced the highway (6 lanes) and the noise transference was fairly high. I'm guessing these are the original windows with the building but these need to be replaced. We've stayed in this hotel before multiple times in a room which doesn't face the property and the noise wasn't an issue.”

“Very nice staff and same staff every time we go. Good breakfast and quiet atmosphere. Rooms clean and beds are comfy. We have stayed at many hotels because this is our favorite place to fish. Also located close to where you can watch sunset at the beach. Awesome restaurants near by. Their pool is very large and well taken care of. This our new favorite place to stay when we go fishing.”
