🦃 Host the Holidays Here



Skip the cramped guest rooms and the air mattress. Here everyone gets a private bedroom with its own bathroom, and the kitchen is built for a holiday feast: two ovens, two refrigerators, and every pot, platter and wine glass you'll need. Kids head downstairs for pool and foosball, the grown-ups linger over coffee by the fire, and after dinner you can walk off the pie through town. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, or a December family weekend, this is the house where the traditions happen. (Thanksgiving stays have a 3-night minimum.)

At the heart of the home is a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with dual oven, two refrigerators (one with ice maker), microwave, dishwasher, blender, pots, pans, wine glasses, serving platters, and all the essentials for group meals and holiday feasts.



A dedicated coffee bar—complete with drip maker, Keurig, pods, teas, and to-go cups—makes winter mornings extra cozy.



Dine together at the island (4 seats), kitchen table (4 seats), or the elegant formal dining room (seats 6), perfect for festive dinners or retreat meals.



The living room fireplace sets the scene for slow mornings, game nights, or snuggling up after a winter walk around the neighborhood.



A private office with desk, monitor, and comfortable chair provides a quiet space to get work done or unwind with a book while the snow falls outside.



You’ll also find the Captain’s Quarters, a luxurious king suite featuring a fireplace, smart TV, ceiling fan, private coffee nook, and indulgent en-suite with soaking tub, walk-in shower, robes, slippers, and plush towels—ideal for couples seeking a peaceful winter retreat.



Good to know: on the main floor, the only bathroom is the en-suite in Captain’s Quarters. The upstairs bedrooms and Carriage House each have their own, and there’s a full bathroom on the lower level, one flight down.



Full laundry room included with washer, dryer, iron, and folding table.

Vivian’s Room (Two Twins): Perfect for kids, friends, or cousins during winter reunions. Includes smart TV, blackout shades, and an en-suite with shower.



All bedrooms include smart TVs, phone chargers, portable fans, ceiling fans, full-length mirrors, extra pillows/blankets, and fully stocked private bathrooms with plush towels, toiletries, makeup towels, Q-tips, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and more.

Venture downstairs to an inviting game room featuring a pool table, foosball, comfy sofa, and smart TV—ideal for movie marathons, family tournaments, or girls’ night laughs.

This Victorian estate sets the stage for meaningful moments, memorable gatherings, and cozy winter magic—no matter the occasion.



A rental agreement is required for all reservations, and since we’re API-connected through our property management system (OwnerRez), we’re able to send and sign it securely outside of Airbnb. We just ask that it’s completed within 24 hours of booking.



We also place a $300 security-deposit hold, which is processed safely through Stripe—nothing is charged unless there’s an issue.
