Beautiful, comfortable and convenient

The property looks brand new and in pristine condition. The central air conditioning was welcome during the hot days. It's also quiet. We plan to stay many more times since we visit the area often to visit family.

Great stay in Green Lake

Mona K’s was a great little apartment to stay in while visiting family in Green Lake. It would be a great summer vacation rental too. Right in the heart of downtown Green Lake. Close to the lake and easy to walk to downtown shops and restaurants. I found a cute little coffee shop just a one minute walk down the street. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. Very nice looking too. It was just the right amount of space for my son and I. He slept on the pull out couch which he said was surprisingly comfortable for a sofa bed. The kitchen was ready for us to keep things in the fridge or make a quick breakfast but you would be able to make a full dinner there. The bathroom was nice with a nice size shower. The hallway leading to the apartment was also nicely updated and decorated and clean. I felt very secure with a lock to the outside door as well as the lock to our apartment door. All communication with the renters was very smooth, easy and clear. They responded promptly to any questions. There is a parking space behind the building which was convenient. We were very happy with our stay at Mona K’s I would definitely recommend and I would also come back in the future! Thanks!

Mona K’s-Little Green Rental

The apartment was super clean and comfy, with everything we needed for our 5-night stay. We had an issue with the code on the apartment door, and Barb was immediately responsive. She even allowed us late check out, as there was no one coming immediately after we left. A very pleasant experience, all in all, in a sweet little town.

Wonderful place to be when visiting Green Lake

This is a lovely super clean apartment in a terrific location. We had a great stay. Communication with owner was terrific. She was super attentive. If you're visiting Green Lake, it would be a great place to stay. There are a flight of stairs to get to the apartment to be aware of. Walls to neighboring apartment are a little thin but it didn't disturb us greatly. Super location to cute shops and parks.

Perfect space for couple

We are a married couple who were in town to play Lawsonia golf courses, just 8 minutes away. This VRBO was perfect for our needs: spacious 1 bed, 1 bath, right above quiet shops in charming downtown Green Lake with secure entry. We loved the firm mattress in the bedroom, high ceilings, well equipped bathroom and kitchen and new washer and dryer. It was quiet and a great place to return to after rounds of golf. Our only complaint: the water pressure in the shower was a bit light, but no big deal. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations!

Great location

Very clean and nice property. Perfect location downtown with Marina and very close by. Host was very responsive to a minor issue. Walls are a little thin so can hear everything in the apt, not a problem for the two of us but might be an issue for four. Would definitely stay there again!

Lake getaway weekend

Little Green is just adorable. Had everything we needed for a nice little weekend getaway. The town is very quaint and cute and the rental location was perfect. We had friends staying at Bayview motel and we were able do easily walk there to join them on their boat.

Perfect Place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Green Lake. The apartment was very clean and the location was absolutely perfect. We loved the "walkability" factor and the pull-out sofa bed was actually extremely comfortable. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that there was no ability to really enjoy the large television. We had some bad weather and would have loved to pop in one of the movies I brought but there was no DVD player and very limited stations available. A minor inconvenience. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location in Green Lake

Had the pleasure of staying at Little Green for 2 nights while in Green Lake for a wedding. The apartment was meticulously neat and well appointed. The entire apartment was updated and done very tastefully. We were a family of 4 and had plenty of space in the property. The location and proximity to dining and shopping are the property's strong points. It is located in the center of downtown Green Lake and lake activities are also extremely close. We would love to stay at Mona K’s again.

Everything we needed

This apartment really is as good as it looks in the photos. Having a full compliment of appliances was a great convenience, especially when we had an unexpected need to do some laundry. You can't beat this location, either. It's a short walk to just about everything. Having family in the area, I'll definitely be looking at renting Little Green again in the future. I have two suggestions for improvement: put towel hooks in the bathroom, and add curtains to the living room and a heavier curtain in the bathroom for privacy.
