“The hosts were very accommodating for us to check in early. The back yard was great for our dog. We watched Jan and her riding lessons with her students!! Jan and Rob were great to talk to !! The area was beautiful. Bed , towels , and everything was so good. They even had ice for us - which rarely happens. We brought a bag and left it We love to return again. We got the horses!! They are beautiful. ”

“the house is older but very beautiful, out problems were the house had many issues such as broken floor tiles that were and moldy showers that look like they haven't been cleaned lights in the upstairs bedroom didn't work. the toaster was broken along with a door that was split and pretty banged up laundry was left in the dryer, every set of blinds in the house were broken ”

“Room was very nice and very clean! The only issues - the tv/internet needs to be updated or made faster in some way. In the spring summer and early fall it’s most likely not an issue since you would be out being touristy longer. But the short days in winter cause the internet/tv to be a bit more necessary for entertainment. Not a huge deal though. Room quality was very very good. ”

“Clean and comfortable. Nice and welcoming everytime you walked in, the furniture was super comfortable you were able to sit and just relax. We had to book on short notice on a holiday due to a death in the family the host was very accommodating we were able to check in early, not as early as we had hoped but early. After the days busy activies it was a great place to go and unplug and regroup. The bed couldn't have been any more comfortable than it was especially for as I have back problems....

“Great rental. Very clean and nicely decorated. Quiet neighborhood. Close to UT campus where my daughter is studying. The access to the Smoky Mountains is easy from the house. Definitely recommend. ”
