- This 2-story home requires stairs to access. All bedrooms and full bathrooms are on the 2nd floor
- A maximum of 2 people per bedroom is allowed per HOA regulations. (8 Guests Max - STRICTLY ENFORCED)
- Must be 25 yrs or older to rent the property per the HOA

- The HOA requires a guest registration form to be completed and submitted prior to arrival. The names of all guests and vehicle information need to be provided within 48 hours of your confirmed reservation.
- Guests are welcome to park their RVs on-site; however, they cannot stay in them, as there are no hookups available
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras located by the front and back doors, monitoring the front yard and back yard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces; they record video and sound when activated by motion
