Hotel vicino a Greenfield Lake Park & Gardens - Wilmington

“The hotel is part of a repurposing of a historic building, and if lovely. The renovation is well-appointed taste tasteful and well-maintained the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The associated restaurant (Dram Yard) was marvelous, with exquisite food offering and a staff that was a joy to deal with. Location was convenient to downtown Wilmington. However, size of the rooms are small, almost more European in design, and there is no elevator between floors. I do love the courtyard. Overall,...

“Property was conveniently located to historic downtown and the Riverwalk. When was clean and bright and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty and the property manager. Sherri was very nice. He gave us some good ideas of things to do. I would highly recommend this place.”

“We were in Wilmington for my husband’s surgery. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs and checked in with us regularly. The ladies at the front desk were fantastic with a smile to boot!!”

“A+”

“Wonderful hotel and everyone was helpful and friendly!”

“Overall fantastic stay! Staff was super friendly, very accommodating and nice to chat with while staying professional yet leisurely which made for a comfortable environment before even checking in. Rooms were very clean and well stocked on towels, coffee, extra toilet paper, etc and we absolutely loved the 24/hr coffee bar in the lobby that was always full. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area!”

“Clean and comfortable room, although not what I had reserved (booked a king bed, was given a room with 2 queen beds). Staff was generally polite and helpful. Some wear showing in the facility. Location is great, convenient to downtown Wilmington. No airport shuttle, even though it’s only about 5 or 6 miles away. I’d stay here again.”

“We were disappointed the bed (and pillows) had not been updated in quite some time. Came away after 3 days with sore backs. Also surprised that there were no vanity kits in the bathroom for travels such has cotton pads or nail files etc. One day they remade the bed and the second day, nothing! They didn’t replace the make-up removal disposable pads even after I clearly used them. The water pressure was so minimal, that it took longer to rinse. We chose this hotel for its convenience and...

“My daughter and I were doing a college tour of the Great South. We booked this property from Expedia the day of. We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk. The address given was for a retail store and there was very little signage to identify it. After the wonderful interaction with a resident of the building she let us know about the check in protocol. After searching numerous emails and texts we found...

“Really nice beach hotel. I stayed there for a conference. Burger is good in restaurant and the coffee is good at the snack shop. Very very nice staff and it is very clean. I felt the beds were comfortable the only draw back was the water pressure in the shower.”

“Clean and right on the beach. Helpful staff.”

“Just came off a 5 night trip where we stayed in 3 different Homewood Suites properties in different cities and this one was the best. However, it still had its issues. I was given a studio suite when I payed for and booked a true suite with a separate bedroom. They then sent me to THREE (3) different rooms and it was still a studio suite every time. On the final try, they finally got me into a one bedroom suite. Mind you I was dragging my toddler, cat, and luggage with me every time. They tried...

“stay here monthly, always the best place in wilmington!”
