“Only problem or issue we had was the front desk clerk was training and was a very long check in after a long day traveling. Would have like a quick check in. Also we has the same clerk walk into our room when we were still asleep (before 10am) was not happy at all about that.”

The room that I thought I booked was big and had a bath, and however, it was up of flights upstairs, and we just were too tired and could not carry our baggage of the stairs therefore we ask for a ground for a room. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind welcoming and changed our room to our ground floor, however the room was extremely small dark. “Whole stay was good. Cleanliness was not good, microwave in room was very dirty. Lot of construction was going on in the area which was making it bit messy with some dirt and paint spots visible in room carpet Although staff was very good”

“Pool very small and not heated, wasn't great, slide was scary but the kids liked it. Our air conditioner didn't work, so that sucks but we were able to open the window room #129. Also, breakfast wasn't as straight forward as I would have thought because the dining room is before the buffet area..so there is no food in site. We sat down before we noticed the people coming out from another room with food. Either have an attendant to guide people or signage. All and all was pretty good.”
