“Terrible experience I paid for a room but because I’m 20 years old she wouldn’t give me the room I paid for but was tryna give me a random room what I didn’t pay for to make amends and she wouldn’t give me a refund $223 went down the drain for nothing the staff wasn’t helpful at all 1/10 experience never paying for a motel ever again in my entire life also it wasn’t very easy for her to pull up where it said 21 years and older as a new user to the app it wasn’t very obvious that was a policy”
