Gli ospiti potranno godere di una vacanza indimenticabile in questa prestigiosa casa di Whittington Hall; Situato nel sobborgo di Jamestown, che si trova tra Greensboro e High Point, NC. Questa bella casa in cul-de-sac è completamente arredata con 3 camere da letto, 2,5 bagni, cucina abitabile che è aperta alla sala TV. Ampio giardino e cortile recintato con garage. Ci sono due letti queen e un letto king-size in questa casa appena rinnovata.

TUTTE le 4 TV hanno cavo, HBO e Showtime. C'è un grande divano e due sedie con ottomani nella zona giorno. Il camino nel salotto ha i tronchi di gas per mantenerli belli e caldi! Caverna dell'Uomo al piano superiore con divano in pelle e TV via cavo. Al piano di sotto ha un ufficio separato con Internet wireless. Ponte posteriore comprende un tavolo con ombrellone, 6 sedie e un grill a gas Weber e un cortile recintato con amaca.

Questo grazioso quartiere dispone di campi da tennis, di una grande piscina e di un parco giochi. Ci sono ristoranti e una pittoresca cittadina a passeggiare per un drink o un caffè la sera o le passeggiate mattutine. Diverse chiese raggiungibili a piedi e Jamestown Park e campo da golf sono raggiungibili a piedi, oltre a diversi percorsi a piedi e in bicicletta. Greensboro ha una squadra di baseball di classe A chiamata "Greensboro Grasshoppers", il Children's Museum di Greensboro e il Greensboro Science Center sono tutti vicini. Lo zoo NC si trova a 30 miglia a sud di Asheboro. Diverse università sono vicine a questa proprietà, tra cui: High Point University, UNC Greensboro, Guilford College, Carolina del Nord A & T e Guilford Technical Community College.

Beautiful Home

My family and I stayed here for three evenings to celebrate my daughter's graduation from High Point University. The house was beautiful, very comfortable, had everything we needed, and was only 12 minutes away from campus. The owners were extremely nice and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this property.

Great Stay - Beautiful House and Fantastic Host

From booking to checkout Mary made this a simple process, providing great information about the house,area and recommendations for restaurants/things to do. The house itself was perfect for our needs, situated in a very nice neighborhood in close proximity to all the essentials. Very welcoming home with nice yard and spotless inside. Beautiful home with everything you need

We came to NC for our daughters wedding and stayed at this house. It was immaculate, beautiful and had everything we needed to make it an enjoyable. If we are back in the part of NC again, we will definitely be calling Mary. If you stay here, definitely have your coffee out on the screened in porch to watch all the different birds that visit their feeders each morning.

Perfect Home For Our Stay

This home was absolutely perfect for my family's stay while my granddaughter participated in the Junior Olympics at the Greensboro Coliseum. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 1 teen and 1 child. Everyone had their own space and was comfortable, but we were all together enjoying family time. Mrs. Sample was wonderful. She was very responsive to our messages and she did everything she could to make sure we were comfortable. The home was immaculate yet it felt like home as soon as we walked in the front door. The check in and check out process was super easy. I hope to stay here again. I highly recommend!

Family Wedding

We rented this house because it is close to Castle McCulloch where our daughter got married. My mother can't climb stairs so the downstairs bedroom and bathroom were perfect for her. There are 3 other bedrooms upstairs with comfortable beds. We've rented many places before, but this was the first time we felt at home. Mary provided many restaurant suggestions and local store information. We were able to use the beautiful pool in between wedding activities. Overall, this was our best rental ever!

Our Stay in this Jamestown VRBO

Great stay and warm friendly host. This was a wonderful house filled with love and character. Super clean and very spacious. If you stay here be sure to use the back screen porch. Birds, trees and flowers surround you. We enjoyed our morning coffee out there even in the rain. We thank our hosts very much.

Perfect for HPU visit

We felt like we were staying at a friend's home from the moment we entered. Mary is a thoughtful hostess and her home is spotless, comfortable, elegantly furnished and equipped. We particularly enjoyed watching the birds while relaxing on the enclosed porch with indoor water fountain. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely and High Point University is less than 15 minutes away. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy this stunning home and the quaint town of Jamestown. Lovely Accommodations

We had a wonderful time! The host was gracious, informative, and available. The home is lovely, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and accommodating. The neighborhood is beautiful with easy access to excellent restaurants, grocery stores, and furniture shopping. Being first-time visitors to High Point, it was extremely helpful that the host provided recommendations with an extensive list of restaurants and services in the area. We appreciated the convenient driveway parking, inviting sun porch, and beautiful accommodations. We hope to be back again.

Mrs. Mary is just as sweet as she can be. My stay was less than normal and had to be extended and communication with her was super and she was very accommodating! Really wonderful stay and super nice place. Would highly recommend!

Great stay

This home was exquisite. From the beautiful entrance way to the formal dining room large living room to the beautiful master bedroom the porch with 3 different bird feeders getting visited with blue Jay's cardinals and others listening to birds happily singing while siting on the furnished screened porch in the morning with my cup of coffee looking over the beautifully landscaped grounds .this truly was a great relaxing stay.

Jr. Olympics Swimming

Our family stayed in this lovely home while we were attending our grandson's first swimming competition at AAU Jr. Olympics held in Greensboro, NC. This home in Jamestown was so convenient to his events at the Colosseum. Very comfortable home very well furnished. Neighborhood pool was a huge PLUS! My husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee on the screened porch and even saw some new bird species we don't see in Arkansas.

Wonderful stay
