“It is always a pleasure to stay at this Residence Inn. From the greeting you get upon arrival to your checkout. The people are so kind and helpful. The room is always clean. A great place to stay.”

“Room was very large and comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast with lots of options. Some concerns about other guests we saw but no issues arose as we were up early and back on the road before most others were up. Although the pool was overrun at night with guests seeming there just for that.”

“Booked a room for a concert. Everything was fine until we returned and ran into a prostitute out front smoking a joint. She was nice. But we packed up our stuff and left after that..”

“The desk clerk was rude. She answered my question before I could ask it. We were not given the room we booked through Expedia and were told that it was not advisable to book with third-party vendors. So, I said, “Okay, we also booked a room directly with Element, and we still didn’t get the room we booked.” The clerk responded that we were only staying for one night. It didn’t matter; we had paid for a room and should have received it. If not, she should had offered a discount rate.”

“I wanted to share some feedback about my breakfast experience. I arrived around 9:35, well before the 10:00 closing time, but the selection was already very limited. Several guests, including myself, were asking for more eggs and potatoes, but the staff member in charge declined to prepare more, saying it would take too long. “Bathroom floor in our room was not clean. We wiped it with a towel and it came back black. The breakfast was limited. No microwave for oatmeal but they had oatmeal packets. Fruit, waffles, everything else was good. They had eggs and sausage, I didn’t eat any but my husband and daughter did. They were kept in a metal food container but it didn’t have a warmer under it or anyway to keep it warm. The milk was in an unmarked container that was not see through so you couldn’t really tell if it was...

“Staff was difficult with whom to communicate. Plumbing needs work. Breakfast was not breakfast. Lobby wasn’t open at time indicated. Beds were comfortable but no blankets. Door bolt wouldn’t work. ”
