Hotel vicino a Greenvalley Park - Moline

“Hotel was great. I prefer no carpet but that’s okay. It is tornado season but I had no idea where the storm shelter was or even what I should do. Breakfast was very nice. I wish they had evening snacks Monday-Thursday instead of Monday-Wednesday. I found it odd when they asked me if I need housekeeping services. They only clean every other day if requested. I placed my trash in the hall each day. Overall a great place.”

“A wonderful hotel close to the airport and interstate and within 2 miles of many restaurants. Exceptionally clean, nice pool, hot tub and fitness room. Bed was very comfortable and would have like to take the pillows home with me. Staff was very nice and check in was easy. Really nice breakfast. Coffee is fresh ground for each cup. A nice bonus. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel.”

“I did have someone else's hair in my shower, so that was a bit icky. I will say the young, blonde receptionist who checked me in late at night and also checked me out at 5am was a SUPERB employee. Always smiling and even walked me to my room late at night when my key wasn't working :)”

“The staff were very friendly. Carpet needs to be replaced, stains on existing carpet. Pool was at a nice temp. Had some concern about fire alarm going off early morning .”

“Arrived at the hotel after the 3:00 pm check in time and my room was not ready. They were still cleaning room. I left to run some errands to kill some time until it was ready. After an hour or so my room was ready. When entering the room it smelled musty inside. Floors were definitely vacuumed as well. Found toenail clippings on the floor next to the lamp. Shower had zero water pressure. Definitely won’t be returning to this hotel again.”

“The room had water spots on the ceiling the sink drain leaking had to be fixed during the stay. The room needed to be updated the staff lives there and it looks like a dump!”

“If you are staying near the Moline airport, go across the street and stay with Holiday Inn Express or the Hampton Inn. As a solo female traveler, I didn’t feel safe and the shuttle back from the airport to get my car took an hour.”

“Staff at hotel and casino were great. Very helpful had answers to our questions. I wouldn't waste my time on the upscale restaurant Kellers, had reservations for 6:30pm. Hostess was busy talking to another staff member and we had to wait several minutes more, even after a waitress told her we were waiting. “Pros: staff was courteous, room charge was relatively inexpensive, and hotel was relatively clean overall. Cons: sink in room had a constant small stream of water, bathroom outlet didn’t work, one outlet by bed was loose so charger kept quit working until jiggled, breakfast room ran out of coffee cups at 7:00am, cracked picture in room, no towels or cleaning supplies in fitness room, lobby and breakfast room were hot, no microwave in breakfast room for the oatmeal. “Everything was wonderful except that check in was 3:00 and we arrived at 5:00 and our room was not ready. The staff quickly made it possible to check in about 15-20 minutes later, however, after a long day’s journey, we were tired and wanted to relax in our room, not in the lobby.”
