“While we were very disappointed that they didn’t have a pool or spa. The amenities are gorgeous. We slept well. The food and the drinks are some of the best that we’ve had in all of our travels. Sean from the front desk was attentive and made her stay more pleasant. ”

“Whether you call it the Hyatt Place or Hyatt House, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It definitely helped that they upgraded me from a standard king room to a suite due to room availability.
I only stayed one night and was not able to take advantage of the full kitchen other than the nearly full sized refrigerator. I also didn't get a chance to check out the exercise room, the pool or the bar on the 9th floor, but the bar in the lobby was nice and the food good.
