“I was only there over 1night. The noise level was bad, people (crying babies) at wee hours. The train sounds like it was in the room. I would suggest noise canceling windows or window treatments. Unsupervised children running up the stairs pushing elevator buttons.”

“Don’t leave medication or anything valuable in your room when you’re away. Had somethings come up missing after I returned home and unpacked! ”

“Great breakfast, warm pool, large room, friendly staff, great location”

“Very clean. We were woken by front desk calling at 1130 pm asking our names and telling us we are in the wrong room. Then proceeded to hang up and said would call back. We had both taken medication. We were frantic and got dressed and went downstairs. Someone had entered our booking incorrectly. No apology. No comp. Nothing. My anxiety was so high thinking we were losing our room that I could not sleep. ”

“Dinner was amazing. Smash potatoes were amazing. Wife loved the salmon. River view is what we needed. Staff was amazing and friendly. Only complaint I have is as nice as the room we had, the connection room the amount of noise and sounds you get from the neighbor was ALOT. More than expected for the price. Other than that. Wonderful stay. ”

“No toilet paper or towels.... super old property with the oldest comforter and pillows ive ever seen. I just wanted to get outs there.”

“Refrigerator not working. In-room safe not working. I wanted to stay in the city center, thinking I could easily walk to some nice restaurants. The area is dying, with many stores and restaurants closed. I ended up ordering a salad at the hotel and ate in my room. I'd stay on the outskirts if I ever pass that way again. ”
