“Everything was wonderful except that check in was 3:00 and we arrived at 5:00 and our room was not ready. The staff quickly made it possible to check in about 15-20 minutes later, however, after a long day’s journey, we were tired and wanted to relax in our room, not in the lobby.”

“Pros: staff was courteous, room charge was relatively inexpensive, and hotel was relatively clean overall. Cons: sink in room had a constant small stream of water, bathroom outlet didn’t work, one outlet by bed was loose so charger kept quit working until jiggled, breakfast room ran out of coffee cups at 7:00am, cracked picture in room, no towels or cleaning supplies in fitness room, lobby and breakfast room were hot, no microwave in breakfast room for the oatmeal. “Casual dining was OK. Dinner was very good. I wish I could get better information about a sit down dinning. The Casino was very nice and very enjoyable.”

“The staff was very kind and helpful. The bathroom didn’t seem very clean. Maybe it was just old but it looked dirty.”

“When we checked in initially we got a room that had a broken TV & there was quite a bit of damage on the furniture in the room. We asked the front desk to switch us to a different room & they quickly did & our stay was fine after that. The other guests in the hotel were loud & rowdy, even at night, but I don’t think that could have been helped due to all the events being held there. Don’t think it was quite worth the price but good enough for what it was for.”

“Not an awesome experience. I would say the room was a bit dated--bathroom/shower had some rust which wasn't great. The toilet was like a "smart toilet" bidet thing...which was a little odd. The two biggest issues were: The pull out bed was BRUTAL--even for our 5 and 3 year old. That kind of derailed our plan a bit--we should have just gotten a room with two queen beds. The pool had an issue and was closed--which is not totally their fault but it was a huge reason we stayed there with our two...

“The washing machines are filthy. I wasted time getting change and paying for detergent only to find them disgusting with dirt mold etc. The room was okay could have been cleaned better. There were stains on the carpet and some mold in the shower amongst other things. I also requested a pack n play for my twin babies to sleep but it had no guard/ sheet was torn, had stains from vomit/pee/milk. And food crumbs fell from it when I opened it. I obviously didn't use it. So I had to stay up and watch...
