Case in affitto a Greenville

“The host’s efforts to provide us a trouble-free and enjoyable stay was evident! From info about the area to snacks on the kitchen counter. We weren’t able to take advantage of the outdoor activities but that wasn’t a problem with all the games inside! We enjoyed the ping pong table especially. The comfy movie room was the perfect way to end a busy day. The bathrooms are right next to each other but still had good water pressure. Parking was easy despite the location in town (which is a cute...

“Great place. Very clean. Beautiful area.”

“This was a very nice place in nice neighborhoods. Clean and near town. Would stay there again.”

“This is an amazing place to stay! We were in the area for parent's weekend at Miami College and this was a perfect location. The little coffee/tea bar was so nice and well stocked! The kitchen was clean and had lots of supplies. Bathroom has lots of towels and other nice touches. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The Scholar's Cottage was one of the most well-rounded VRBO homes we've stayed in. It is a charming, old home with character, lovingly updated where it matters for comfort, in a quiet, green and safe neighborhood. The bed (King) was very comfortable, and the linens and towels were high quality. The home was very clean. Keurig coffee maker with Keurig pods in the kitchen for your morning coffee. We only spent two nights but would definitely consider staying there again if we are in RIchmond....

“This is a wonderful historic property if you're into a vintage stay. We were. The home is lovely. The only disadvantages are not having a host on-site and having to get luggage up the stairs without an elevator or bellhop assitance; there are no bedrooms on the ground floor. And being vintage, it takes quite a while to adjust the temperature to where you want it. Also, it would be helpful to have television instructions; we were never able to figure out how to get anything on the TV.”

“Our second stay for a family cemetery project.Nice safety improvements since we visited - a railing on the steps to the second floor, a grab bar and mat for the tub.The atmosphere feels homey despite some quirks as a result of the home’s age.Easy stay.”

“Really enjoyed our stay. Pool was great and staff was great to work with”

“Look no further, Hometown Haven is the absolute best place in Troy! The location is perfect, just a short walk into town for dining or shopping. It’s incredibly clean and tastefully decorated with little touches of Ohio art throughout. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. The outdoor space is one of the best features- we really enjoyed coffee on the patio in the morning and sitting around the fire pit at night. Our host DJ was extremely...

“Absolutely perfect in every way. So very clean and home was restored to absolute perfection. Host gave us food ideas in the area that were 5 Star. We were greeted with cinnamon rolls upon our entry that set the precedent for the perfect stay. Truly cannot say enough of this lovely home. Definitely a keeper for our future itinerary travels. ”

“We had a great time at this 1940's built Mid-Century Modern Classic. The house architecture was amazing and the grounds are impressive. We had plenty of room inside and outside for a large group. There are several large gathering areas inside the home so lots of space to be with others or to have some time to yourself. I enjoyed the awesome stereo and my 5 year old grandson had the TV figured out and working in about 2 minutes. We were in town for a wedding and it rained on our "free" day,...

“Very clean, beautiful inside, great location. Check in and out was super easy. My dog loved the backyard since it was pet friendly.”
