Castelli a Greenville

“I understand how they have a 9.0 rating. This is a smelly dirty place with no water pressure.”

“Tv controls to complicated”

“Hotel is in shabby condition. Bathroom door handle crooked so you couldn’t close it. Tv remote needed new batteries Tiles in bathroom were separated. Fire alarm went off & had to evacuate late at night. Breakfast was mediocre”

“Room could have been cleaner -debris in corners of bathroom-dust on lamp -hair dryer -tissue box-needed attention to detail -no extra toilet paper in room -only had one bar of soap available in room-staff though very friendly and accommodating -beds very. Comfortable -coffee I prefer stronger -can be made weaker by hot water but if not strong can’t make stronger -”

“Free wifi, nice air conditioning, beds are comfortable and there are towels, fridge works great and they have some good channels, love coming here to unwind.”

“There was a dirty washcloth in shower. Countertop in bathroom has hair and dirt on it. Amenities are bare essentials. Furniture is old and ran down.”

“The Loft is an amazing stay in a great part of Greenville. We will def be back!”

“Friendly family owned business! You can see their effort in trying to give high-quality while keeping the price low. Mattress was very comfortable. Our room was very clean though the Spicket to our sink was not fully tightened to the counter and the safety lock was missing (the part that attaches to the door). But overall for the price we would highly recommend staying here. Also parking lot had good lighting. They even have a fitness area with treadmill and weights.”

“Very friendly staff! Room was cleaned everyday. Only complaint was trucks parked out side front door. Was hard to get in and out with luggage.”

“Host was very nice, helpful in every way. Next time I in Commerce I will stay there.”

“Copy and friendly environment.”

“Cabin was cute and well appointed. The goats and chickens were so much fun to watch!”
