The space
We are thrilled to welcome you to Chardonnay Chateau, our newly updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, just 3 miles from Downtown Greenville. This charming home is perfectly situated to offer both convenience and comfort for your stay. Whether you’re here to explore the city or relax, you’ll find plenty of space and style to make your time in Greenville truly special.

Chardonnay Chateau has been thoughtfully updated with modern touches throughout. The third bedroom, previously closed off, is now open and furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed. This spacious room provides even more space to spread out and relax. Each of the three bedrooms is equipped with a Smart TV (no cable, but guests can log into their own streaming services), ensuring that guests can enjoy their favorite shows and movies at their convenience.

Upon entering the home, you’ll find a spacious and welcoming living room featuring a large sectional sofa, two side tables, a coffee table, and a floor lamp. A Smart TV completes the space, perfect for movie nights or casual conversations. The living room flows into the formal dining area, where a modern marble table with six velvet chairs awaits. It’s an ideal place to enjoy a meal together, play games, or relax with a drink.

The fully stocked kitchen, located off the dining room, provides everything you need to cook meals at home. You’ll find pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and essential spices. A dedicated coffee station adds a nice touch, allowing you to brew your morning coffee or tea.

Moving down the hallway, you'll reach the master bedroom, which features a king-sized bed, two nightstands with reading lamps, and a bench at the foot of the bed. The attached master bathroom offers a single vanity, a toilet, and a beautiful shower, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The second bedroom, across the hallway, also features a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, two nightstands, reading lamps, and a closet for personal belongings. This bright and welcoming room offers a relaxing space for rest and rejuvenation.

The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and a Smart TV. It is perfect for additional guests and offers comfort and privacy with the same thoughtful touches as the other bedrooms.

The shared hallway bathroom, conveniently located between the bedrooms, offers a tub/shower combination, a single vanity, and a toilet.

Outdoor Space: One of the highlights of Chardonnay Chateau is the incredible outdoor space. We’ve converted the carport into a cozy, functional outdoor living area with comfortable seating for six. Twinkling lights line the roof, creating a relaxing atmosphere for evening conversations or enjoying fresh air.

Pet Policy: We love pets at Chardonnay Chateau and welcome them with a one-time fee, which is automatically applied when you add your pet as a guest during booking.

Additional Information: Guests have access to the entire home and yard, except for a locked cleaning closet for supplies. The neighborhood is walkable, but we recommend using a car to explore Greenville’s nearby attractions. Uber and Lyft are also great options for those who prefer not to drive.
