Very nice property and very nice staff. The room was quite spacious and very nice even though we were only there for one evening. It would certainly be a room for a family of four could stay for many days consecutively. Parking fee was $12 a day, which is the only negative but all things considered I really like the place and would stay there again

Room design is terrible. The bathroom is too tight. They don’t have drinkable water in the refrigerator. Didn’t feel like it home at all.

We do have a water bottle filling station on our first floor as well as a water cooler in our Fitness Center for any of our guests to use to fill their refillable water bottles.I'm sorry that you did not enjoy your recent stay with us but we hope you decide to give us another chance the next time you're in Greenville.

Really enjoyed staying here for a last minute business trip to SC. Downtown Greenville is so cool and this hotel is situated right in the heart of it. Walking distance to lots of places, couldn’t have gotten a better location. Would stay again for sure!

They are a dog friendly hotel or so they say. We went to dinner for 2 hours and came back to a note on our door stating our dogs barking made them move someone from their room. It was 6pm. Not late at night. They told us not to leave our room again for the rest of the night. Just awful.

We loved our stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton. It was a very convenient location within walking distance to shops and restaurants downtown. The hotel was well maintained, staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the options for continental breakfast. We would love to return!

This was a mama getaway trip for me. The hotel owners could invest in a quieter heating system. I didn't sleep well the first night. It sounded like someone was breaking in each time the heating system chipped in. I planned on spending most of my time watching Netflix. The TV was not a smart TV so I had to use my phone. Other than those two flaws, everything else was great. The staff members were absolutely amazing. They take a lot of pride in their work.

Large and spacious suite! Had 2 rooms with 3 beds, great for families. Hotel is clean, front dest staff friendly. Breakfast needs some improvement, not many choices, food okay, it is closes exactly at stated time, and not much things left if you come 20 mins before they close breakfast. Location very convenient and 5-7 mins walks to famous Greenville waterfall, enjoyed it!!!

Great value for the rate. Great location and staff was very friendly and helpful. Solid amenities including a well equipped gym. Multiple restaurants, bars and things to see and do nearby. Would easily recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We love this area! This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is super convenient to downtown, close to restaurants and very walkable which we really like. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was fantastic - the carpet was a little dirty, but everything else was great. Can't wait for our next visit!

This hotel is super dog friendly. This is the first time we traveled with our dogs and this hotel was the perfect place for it. Check in was quick and easy, the entire staff was above friendly and so nice to us and our dogs. The room was very large and spacious. We had never stayed in a Homewood Suites before and will be staying at them from now on. Just want to say again, thank you to the entire staff for being so friendly and kind!
