Located in the heart of Augusta Rd. neighborhood and coveted by foodies, a short walk leads you to our local shops, coffee, restaurants, pharmacy, and upscale grocery.

The Magnolia Cottage is a recently renovated and professionally designed guest home (the art has some nudity).

The house is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including: a Fully equipped kitchen, High speed internet, 2 internet/Netflix LED TV's with You Tube TV, Coffee brewing devices, Kirkland bath products, Sonos Speakers, board games, books, and Juliet balcony.

The lofted bedroom is upstairs and features a queen bed with new comfy mattress and luxury linens, closet, full length mirror, antique dresser, led smart TV, and sitting area with fold out queen sofa sleeper.

The living room, kitchen, dining table (also serves as desk/work station), bathroom, and screen porch are on the first floor. The kitchen features GE Cafe range/oven, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, salt, pepper, olive oil, and refrigerator/freezer. The living area is appointed with a large sectional sofa, two club chairs and a second queen sleeper sofa, and built in cabinets with a large smart led flat screen TV.

The bathroom has luxury towels, hair dryer, and marbled glass walled shower.

The screen porch is off the back of the unit and features bistro seating and table for sipping coffee or enjoying a glass of wine. Just out the door is an oasis with flowers and fig trees. Please help yourself to all you can eat in the summer while they are ripe!

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire guest house, screened in porch, and laundry facilities. Garage is used to store kids toys, family bikes (not for guest use), and garden tools and will be a shared area. Parking is free and on the street next to the guest cottage.
