“It was a late arrival and an early departure. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff was pleasant.”

“The thing I loved most was a huge breakfast they serve everyday!! It was amazing! Eggs sausage pancakes, homemade cinnamon rolls(hot), any kind of bread and toaster , gravy and biscuit , yogurt any flavor, cereal, three kinds of juice, fresh coffee, creamer. Parking was a little issue but wouldn’t keep me from staying there again.”

“The room and the Hotel had a bad smell and there were not proper toiletries in the bathroom as well.”

“We wanted to stay somewhere different than corporate hotel (shop local), and this was a great choice. We didn’t need a lot of amenities; just a comfortable bed and a clean modern bathroom. Contactless check-in was a breeze and I think we were the only people there that night, so it was nice and quiet. My only complaint is that nobody made a pot of coffee in the lounge the next morning. Other than that, 5 stars”

The dinning was great, the chef, Anthony Quail prepared our meals for the evening when we checked, and Sunday morning breakfast, he single-handedly along with another kitchen staff member, his seamless approach made dinning in seem like home 😊”

“The staff was phenomenal and super responsive whenever we reached out prior to coming! The room was great and easily accommodated our large group. Not to mention our group loved the lobby games. Would recommend this place to any family visiting Chattanooga!”
