“I bought the insurance for protected stay but wasn't allowed to cancel the room after encountering road trouble and not making it.”

“Standard room was okay, not many amenities. Room had a stale smell and only received room cleaning once. Probably not staying there again.”

“It seemed to be an older facility-well managed and still clean but in need of some loving re-investment . Apparently, the breakfast area has no kitchen facilities to heat up some scrambled eggs but there were hard boiled eggs and equipment to make oneself hot pancakes. Overall, I would still say it is a good value for the money.”
