“Very nice place, staff were quick to help with any needs, outdoor pool was very clean and I saw them checking the water quality often. Included breakfast was really good and everyday was rotated to something different. Absolutely would stay again!”

“First they have an excellent General Manager (Quanetta Campbell). All of the employees of the hotel seem to function as a team! The housekeepers,the kitchen staff, and the desk clerks are so accommodating. My room was spotless. I had my little dog with me and the hotel is very pet friendly. I will be staying there again soon.”

“This property was not up to par with previous Sleep Inn properties so I was a little disappointed. I don’t think my mattress had ever been rotated so it listed badly towards one side resulting in a not so great night of sleep. But it was clean, and the shower was good. Breakfast was meh; hotel staff stayed hidden though the young woman that checked me in was very patient and pleasant.”

“The best thing was the helpful, friendly staff. Everyone was so nice, but especially Jeff at the front desk. He went around and checked with all the tables at breakfast, answered questions and offered good suggestions for local activities. He was fantastic! Great breakfast, pool and whirlpool. Comfortable rooms and beds. Will definitely stay there again!”

“The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The bathroom layout was well thought out. The water pressure was slightly on the weak side but hot water wasn’t a problem. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast is fairly basic but good. I definitely felt comfortable and would stay here again.”

“Didn't have towels, conditioner, lotion or hair dryer. Phone didnt work to call front desk. Had to go get the towels. Hair dryer had to be located and was to be brought to the room...front desk forgot what room # so never received the hair dryer.”

“Needs Major Upgrades to match other Windgates I have stayed in.”

“In the middle of renovation. Paid extra $1 for a mediocre continental breakfast which looks like it is also being renovated. ”

“No where did it mention there was construction. I was put in a room with blind parts still in the couch, drywall dust and spackling all over, not one towel bar hanger or toilet paper holder, tv didn’t work….disgusting. When I spoke with the manager about some kind of refund, he offered $20 (of the $167), but then because I booked through a third party, I’d have to call them. He said “the construction is listed in the small print”, which I’ve since canvassed and can find NO WHERE. Not impressed.”
