“Skimpy breakfast”

“Very poor breakfast, I know that is optional to offer, but better not to. ”

“Great air conditioner, appears to be a new unit, room was recently updated, carpets bathroom and everything appeared to be new. ”

“First I only booked the room due to it advertising that there was a hot tub. False they do not. I mentioned that and the front desk said there’s nothing they do for advertisement. The room keys didn’t work so they switched our rooms and again the room keys stopped working, went to take a hot bath and the tub had rust along with the faucets, I took pictures and showed the front desk and they said that had do with house keeping. I asked to speak to a manager and wanted a refund and was told I’d...

“The fire alarm went off at midnight and there was no one staffing the front desk to assist. The lights are wonky. The elevator didn’t work going down from the 4th floor. Pros: the room was clean and seemed brand new. ”

“Breakfast was good. But bed was uncomfortable, very firm couldn’t sleep well.Also, pillow was really tired and flat. They should change pillows. Kitchenette has not enough things, plate was tipped and just one fork and no spoon, just tea spoons. We did not use it after saw them. Kind of useless kitchenette. Full refrigerator was nice. But overall, I feel not value for the money. ”

“The property itself feels old and outdated despite attempts to modernize it. There were stains on the bed cover and the carpeted floor. Sloppy paint job and bubbling wood. That being said, it was as clean as you can get for the age, staff was friendly, and beds are comfortable. Overall okay budget hotel. ”

“Terrible customer service. I stayed here 3 nights. 1st night they were unwilling to give me a downstairs room without a big up charge even after explaining I have a disability and have a bad time with stairs then I decided to book the 2nd and left early in the morning for business, then I rebooked the room before check out time. I even called to make sure I could keep the same room and was told by the man on the phone no problem. When I arrived to reset my card key at 11:04 am I was told by the...

“There were bugs, possibly ants, in the juice machine. I let the manager know. He looked but didn’t really seem to know what to say or do. I had already swallowed some bugs in my juice and had spit the rest out. I thought it was pulp! I know, gross. Breakfast was an individually packaged pastry, like a bear claw, no cereal, oatmeal, eggs, pancakes, etc., like at most other similar hotels. Room was very clean, AC and heater worked well. Water pressure excellent. ”

“Property is old but clean. Needs to be updated but for a quick overnight stay on the way to your destination it works. ”

“I was assigned a room and given keys to a room that was already occupied. Room reserved (one king bed) was not given. The eggs and sausage for breakfast were microwaved and heat not maintained. Pool was not heated as stated in listing. ”
