“Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming...

“Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel, mit einem schönem Wellnessbereich Und ausgezeichnetem Frühstück. Die Zimmerausstattung ist aber verbesserungsbedürftig, es fehlt eine Sitzmöglichkeit und Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. ”

“Der Aufenthalt war dank des tollen Wellnessbereich und der aufmerksamen und super lieben Angestellten super. Die Zimmer und Duschen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ich würde das Hotel wieder wählen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Frühstück war grandios. So viel frisches unterschiedliches Obst hat man selten in einem Hotel.”

“As if being in a castle isn’t awesome enough, the staff is so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The grounds and rooms were exceptional. Gorgeous. The restaurant for dinner had amazing food and service. I honestly can’t say enough about this property. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, whatever best ratings I can possibly give for a hotel - I bestow upon this hotel. You absolutely MUST stay here, even if for just a day. It’s totally worth it! ”
