“Das Hotel liegt ruhig und bequem. Zur Begrüßung gab’s einen Wein – der schmeckte so gut, wir haben sofort nach einem zweiten Glas gefragt. Aber das Frühstück war der eigentliche Star: 7 Sorten Wurst vom Metzger, 14 Sorten Käse, frische Eier, Milchprodukte vom Hof – wir haben uns gefühlt wie auf einem Bauernmarkt mit Hotelbett. Der Tisch war so voll, wir mussten erstmal strategisch planen, was wir zuerst essen.”

“Späte Anreise, herzlicher Empfang Obwohl das Restaurant schon schloss, bekamen wir noch einen wirklich tollen Salatteller zum Begrüßungswein serviert. Unser Zimmer war nur über mehrere Stiegen zu erreichen, nicht schlimm, sollte man aber ggfs wissen und entsprechend bei der Buchung nach einem Erdgeschosszimmer fragen. Unsere Sonderwünsche bei der Buchung wurden berücksichtigt und prompt bestätigt.”

“Hôtel in posizione eccezionale ma abbiamo scelto im periodo sbagliato (fine ottobre), hotel vuoto in un paese fantasma e tutte le attività economiche chiuse, abbiamo mangiato un panino con il würstel nel parcheggio del supermercato. Bisognerebbe tornare in estate. Le camere non corrispondevano alle foto, in po vecchie senza nessun servizio (macchinetta per il caffè e the) ma con un buon materasso e alla fine abbiamo dormito bene.”

“Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming...

“Freundliche, unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Fehlende zweite Bettgarnitur wurde sofort gebracht und die Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Außerdem gute Erreichbarkeit, stadtnah und Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden, Größe des Zimmers für ein Wochenende vollkommen ausreichend. Hatten das Eckzimmer mit tollem Ausblick auf Burg und Kirche sowie die malerische Altstadt. Zum Frühstück kein Feedback, wurde von uns nicht dazu gebucht.”

We had breakfast at the restaurant located down the street from the hotel and it was fantastic. We enjoyed the Weihnachten Festival just down the street from the hotel (100 meters). ”

“I book this hotel because they have free shuttle service from/to Hahn airport, but when i call to book, the “”very unfriendly staff”” ask me to call directly the driver, that told me i had to book 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE, WHICH IS, IN MY OPINION, ABSURD !!! The room was not bad, but THERE WERE 4 SPIDERS, and that means they don’t clean Good. In addition the water in the shower was only warm. I’m a very frequent traveller and I won’t suggest this hotel, for this price find something else !! ”
