I was asked to cancel the booking and leave, despite having been a customer for years. I asked to retry and Then by changing pos the cards were accepted but no apology was made. I asked for the welcome btl… because it was part of the offer. No cleaning of the rooms for 3 days!!! but it was not specified in the offer, and in the bill an additional daily fee for amenities,...

“This was a delightful place to stay. The courtyard has a wide range of games and activities and a play area for small kids. In the evening, being able to relax there and make s’mores was such a treat. The room was comfortable and spacious. I had an issue with my room being too cold but the staff quickly brought a space heater. Service was excellent. Would stay here again.”

“Food was very good. Bed comfortable. Staff very impersonal, save one.Bathroom tiny and inconvenient. Nowhere to put things. Not enough outlets for electric personal appliances. Shower has mold at base. Toilet bowl stained.”
