“We had specific issues because of the age of the room. The toilet was very low, was not tight and rocked and would not fill properly. One of the bedside lights which was hardwired would not stay on. Wiring issue? We were advised to ask for a newer room.”

“Really well appointed place with homey touches. Was a bit confusing around where to park and needed to correspond with host for clarification. Mike responded promptly and took care of the issue. The unit is quite wheelchair accessible (no stairs, level entry). The bed was quite high for an easy transfer and there was no grab bar next to the toilet., but there was a sturdy one in the tub). A few minor adjustments (like swapping out the sink for one with knee clearance) would make this place...

“There is no elevator so having heavy luggage is a challenge. My bedding was stained and dirty but the staff were quick to swap that out. There was a gap in my door and I could hear everything in the hall. The bathrooms are 30 years old or so they feel that way. The person below us was smoking weed. We could smell it all night long. It ended around 3 am. The good. The beds were comfortable and the a/c was pumping.”
