“The rooms were not clean, did not have bedding for the pull out couch went down and they were out of pillows to give us for the pull out couch. We reserved a two bed room with a pull out but they said when we arrived they did not have one so put us in a regular room with one king. “We had a wonderful one-night stay and were genuinely impressed with the experience. The room was very unique and had a cozy, inviting atmosphere that made it feel special right away. We especially loved the jacuzzi and fireplace, both added a relaxing and romantic touch to our stay.
