11 Bedroom Tranquil Waterfront Getaway

Our exquisite property features a total of 11 bedrooms, 5 on the main floor of the house, 3 on the top floor and 3 in the charming cottage. There are 2 full kitchens there are two indoor living rooms and a deck off the living room on the second floor of the house. The beautifully designed courtyard boasts a custom table for 18+ and a fire pit.

When booking the entire property, please ask us about hosting your special event on-site!

Close to Mystic, casinos and within walking distance to the beach and hiking. Our home is ideal for multiple families, family reunions and large groups.

Discover our stunning cottages, ideally located only a short stroll from Esker Point Beach and the private shores of GLP. Along with accommodations with offer Stand-Up Paddleboard and Kayaks - perfect for family fun and social media moments!

Spacious and Stylish Accommodations

- Main House First Floor: 5 bedrooms (1 King, 4 Queens), 2 full baths (one with tub), a full modern kitchen, and large laundry area. One of the queen bedrooms is accessed from the exterior only.

- Main House Second Floor: Walk-up to 3 bedrooms (1 King with ensuite, 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 twins) with stunning views of Palmers Cove, a full kitchen, and 2 full baths.

- Cottage: One level with 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms (1 Queen with a private bath, 2 Queens).

The first and second floor of the main house are in the same building but can only be accessed by going outside. The exterior doors for these two living spaces are right next to one another and under a deck, but you can still get wet. The cottage is right next to the main house but is a separate building with its own private entrance. Each of the spaces have a living room and kitchen.

Activities and Local Attractions

Kids can enjoy fishing and crabbing from the docks while h you relax outside on the second floor deck, patio or fire pit area. Explore downtown Mystic - just a short drive away - home to the renowned attractions like the Mystic Aquarium and Mystic Seaport. Taste the award-winning wines at Saltwater Farm Vineyard or visit one of the many local beaches.

Within walking distance to the beach and hiking trails, our home is ideal for multiple families with or without children, multi-generation family reunions and large groups, offering privacy while keeping everyone connected. Enjoy the summer concert series at Esker Point Beach and explore nearby Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casinos.

We had a great time. The property was a perfect location for our family reunion. The property was clean and fully equipped for our needs. The bedrooms were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for group activities, cooking, and meals. The property has a great view of the cove. There are some nice hiking /running trails in the state park just north of the property.

This is an amazing property and a fantastic location. When I first walked in, I was so happy that I chose to say here. It was beautiful , clean and so spacious ! I chose this home to have my pre-Christmas get together for my family. My kids/grandchildren live in different states and this location was in the middle of all of us. It was so perfect and exactly what I was looking for. The surrounding areas were so pretty as well and we spent a special night at Old Mistick Village. It was decorated so beautifully with lights and shops all around. I also was able to catch an awesome sunrise one morning from the property . It also snowed one of the days there, which made it even more magical!Thank you, David, for renting your beautiful home to me. It could not have been a more perfect stay!

We have rented this property every October for the past several years for our large family gathering. As always, it’s spacious and well appointed. The beds are comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. We take full advantage of the kayaks, bikes and wonderful fire pit. The location is private yet within easy reach of downtown Mystic. We have made lots of memories here! We heartily recommend this property.

Beautiful location and great amenities. We really enjoyed all of the outdoor seating and grills. The waterfront property was lovely. There were plenty of bedrooms to comfortably fit our 17 person gathering, easily could have fit a few more. We had a great time sightseeing, quick drives to downtown and old Mystic. Wish the trip was longer!

Great Place

This place was perfect for us and it was the best stocked rental we have ever had. Glasses, plates, towels. Air conditioning was great and easy to adjust. Plenty of chairs on the balcony and by the fire pit. There was also a folding table and chairs we setup to fit all 9 people for eating. Nice place.

Perfect property for our mother’s 80th birthday family celebration! Plenty of room with enough separation for downtime. Close to so many activities and great restaurants! Our stay was absolutely perfect. I rented with the need to accommodate 18 family members for my sons wedding in Mystic. The accommodations worked perfectly- the host even recommended a food truck to come by for one evening. the view is delightful. the host is terrific. Couldn’t have been better!
