“There are a lot of homeless in the area. Some attempted to indulge in the breakfast that is offered.. We stayed a month ago and did not see that. For a place to shower and sleep we felt safe.”

“Hotel nuovo E per tale motivo tenuto benissimo. Non si trova esattamente al centro ma vi sono un sacco di localini carini di fianco. La stanza a noi assegnata per quattro persone era ampia e spaziosa ed il bagno molto bello. Unica pecca è che non è facilissimo da rintracciare col satellitare”

“This is our second stay here. We love how spacious, quiet and clean rooms are. The breakfast its so fresh. They cook omelets, pancakes, French toast & more in front of you. Large variety of food to pick as well. Staff is friendly and professional. Plenty of parking. The whole hotel it's gorgeous. All the areas are high end decorated lobby, dinning and guest rooms. The only thing they need to improve in my opinion is the pool. Its not really heated water, floors are slippery, poor ventilation...

“This was a great hotel that we stayed at once before. (Clean rooms, spacious, friendly staff, good breakfast). It was a little bit noisy as we could hear traffic outside and anything happening in the hallway. ”

“Where do I stay? We had to change rooms 2-3 due to the sofa sleeper being broke. Every TV in the hotel was out of order and the elevators barely worked. Four flights of stairs had our knees buckling. The BEST thing about the hotel was the AMAZING STAFF!! From the overnight staff to the swing shift to day shift from the front desk to the maintenance!! They were the highlight of the show!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO STAFF!!!”

“Bar and Restaurant Were Under Renovation. Window Shade Couldn't Be Open. No Food Delivery Flyers Were Available. No Continental Breakfast Available. It Was Quiet And Clean. Why I Was Placed In A Handicap Room, I'll Never Know.”

“We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily...
